Refund policy

At Yazzy’s Yarn, I strive to provide high-quality, hand-dyed crochet yarn and curated boxes that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

3. Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom-dyed yarn or personalised orders cannot be returned.

2. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be returned. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return:To start a return, please contact me via email at admin@yazzysyarn.com.au.

2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

1. Inspection: Once I receive your return, I will inspect it and notify you of the status.

2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or are damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges:

1. Replacement: I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact me at admin@yazzysyarn.com.au.
