These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my website and the purchase of products from Yazzy’s Yarn. By accessing this site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Product Information:

I strive to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and complete. However, I do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free. I reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders:

  • Order Acceptance: I reserve the right to accept or reject any order at my sole discretion. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • Payment: All payments must be received in full before products are shipped. I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting me at admin@yazzysyarn.com.au. After this period or after a product has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping: Currently I only ship within Australia . Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery: I aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
